I called the company two days before my payment due date to make a lesser amount payment because I am still awaiting the thirty grace period for unemployment benefits to come through. I was terminated from my job three weeks ago and yet I informed Ms. Precious Wilson that if she is able to work with me until i know for sure about the statrus of my benefits. She started with her very aggressive tone and ordering for me to make a higher payment from what i had aggreededf to pay two weeks perior to me calling her on the 29th. Not only wes she not budging but she said that I was over 30 days late and she wanted me to pay the full amout of the loan and the added interest. she said she was going to debit my bank account if she did not recieved the payment by Moneygram. I informed Ms. Precious servial times that my bank accout was already in a negatiove status. It made no sense to continue trying to talk with Mr Percious because what ever I tried to tell her it make no sense on her end. My question is: I know that i am responsible to pay back the loan but there was a settle ment thatr i mde with M\s. Precious. At the tiem the arangfement was made i was expecting to have my unemployment kick in. I was informed by unemployment the same week i called Ms. Precious that now I have to wait the 30 day grace period for my former employer to respond. Am I still responsible to pay any additional interest with out a full time job and still waiting unemployment benefits?

I called the company two days before my payment due date to make a lesser amount payment because I am still awaiting the thirty grace period for unemployment benefits to come through. I was terminated from my job three weeks ago and yet I informed Ms. Precious Wilson that if she is able to work with me until I know for sure about the status of my benefits. She started with her very aggressive tone and ordering for me to make a higher payment from what I had agreed to pay two weeks prior to me calling her on the 29th. Not only was she not budging but she said that I was over 30 days late and she wanted me to pay the full amount of the loan and the added interest. she said she was going to debit my bank if she did not received the payment by Money gram. I informed Ms. Precious several times that my bank account was already in a negative status. It made no sense to continue trying to talk with Mr Precious because what ever I tried to tell her it make no sense on her end. My question is: I know that I am responsible to pay back the loan but there was a settle meant that I made with Ms. Precious. At the time the arrangement was made I was expecting to have my unemployment kick in. I was informed by unemployment the same week I called Ms. Precious that now I have to wait the 30 day grace period for my former employer to respond. Am I still responsible to pay any additional interest with out a full time job and still waiting unemployment benefits?
