Extremely poor customer service.  Mis-advertising on their website regarding their properties.  I was told the property I stayed at had central heat.  It was the middle of winter, and the only heaters in the downstair bedrooms were floor heaters.  There was no central heat.  The floor heaters on max did not put out any heat.  The company also advertised that all units have full kitchens, yet our kitchen was missing essential items.  We were also told that all units came with a barbecue yet our unit did not have a barbecue.  We were told that our property was a ski in and ski out, yet that lifts were a great distance away.  There were no directions on how to start our fire in the "old time" fireplace nor where the firewood was stored.  We were provided a small bic cigarette lighter to try to get our fire started.  The garage door was damaged to our property and would not properly lock.  On top of this, you would try to get ahold of someone and only received one phone call back.  To make it worse, this property was very expensive each night.    I tried to resolve the issue with 101greatescapes, one of their many pleasant responses was "maybe you should have stayed in a hotel".
