Complaint Review: 101 INKS.com

101 INKS.com charges me a restocking fee when they do not carry the right ink! On an order that was cancelled in 5 minutes! Chatsworth California

I ordered an ink cartridge and in 5 minutes realized it was the wrong one , so i called 101ink to have them change it.They do not make they kind I need, so she said she would cancel my order.Great!

Well watch out- thecompany charged me 20% restocking fee! This is for a product that they do not carry and they say it cost 20% of the order for them to cancel it by computer!

I wolud have no trouble with a restock if I actually had something to RESTOCK!
