Purchased 4-line office phone with two additional handsets ($105.00 ea) from 101phones.com back in July. One of the extra handsets was not needed until recently and was kept in the original box from 101phones. When the extra handset was used just 3 weeks ago, we found it to be defective.

We called 101phones knowing it was out of warranty but needed to know how to get it repaired. They referred us to Panasonic who referred us to a local repair place. The repair place informed me that the defective handset was actually not defective at all, just a 2-line handset that would not work with the 4-line phone.

I called 101phones to try to send the wrong handset back that THEY shipped in an incorrectly marked box and to have them ship the correct handset to me. They are not willing to swap out products.

They claim to NEVER ship a wrong product and accuse me of switching the phones myself. Ludicrous! I'm out the $105 for the handset now and a non-refundable $35 repair fee. Don't get burned by 101phones.com!
