101phones.com factoryoutletstore.com They promise new phones but send old defective phones then you have to pay to return them Internet

I purchased phones from factoryoutletstore.com.  They were to be new phones.  But I received used phones and defective.  After a week of run around, being transferred all over, I was finally refunded my money and told to destroy the phone since they were defective. 


Then ordered new phones from 101phones.com.  Received used and defective phones.  They denied that they were used until I read them the packing slip from the previous owner that had purchased them from HSN with the reason for return being difficulty in using.  Parts were missing and one phone had food on it.  The finally agreed to let me return them but I have to pay to return them and will not be reimbursed.  So not only was I ripped off, I get to pay to be ripped off.


The box the phones were in was tattered and torn and had several labels on it showing it had been used to ship the phones to more than one person.
