the building has numerous violations that the landlord refuses to fix such as water damage, gas, electric and hot Water.  They never have extermination a and this has lead to many health issues for the children and elders in building.  The front door never works and it here are people that don't live in building buyinsomething from the super.  These people are rather scary and I fear for women and children life in building.

The land lord Florian Francis and treasurer, steals funds from company with her boyfriend Tyrone.  Eample last year they fooled 3 persons and sold them apartments That there were three liens on. Do not trust this couple of thieves.  They are being investigated for embezzling 600k from Coop By DA office.

                    This building is always clean inside out. The tenants are very happy here. We've struggled really hard to get where we are today. I have lived here a really long long time. i don't have rats, mice or roaches, and this is because i keep my place clean. Never any dirty diishes in th sink, or overnight garbage. i don't eat all over the house. i do have a kitchen table.

                    Though some people that live here do have roaches, this is because of the way they live. they don't keep there apartments clean. i been in a few tenants apartments  so i should know. When we was             using TerminX Exterminator Service every month we had a sheet on the bulletin board in the lobby where you     put your apartment number if you want the exterminator to stop by your place. We was paying $400.00             dollars a month for 37 apartments until we were informed by TerminX that every month they would only do         2 maybe 3 apartments. Eiher the tenant wasn't home, or they didn't want it. so then it became on an exterminator-by-request-basis. Also we've had our error with bed bugs ( but only 2 or 3 apartmens} as lots of other buildngs did, but that was back in 2008, and they been long gone since then with no relapse.

                      We also had to take people to court fo non payment of rent, and usually the first thing they do is put in a bunch of false complaints to the city about their apartment, and the building, and at the same time try to defamate our characters. This is common stuff to most buildings, and landlords, but the system is just not designed to be in our favor.

                      In the year 1999 this building under went a gut renovation. there are no existing dangers or health hazards. some violations that existed before the renovation are still active, but that's not on us. its on the previous owner to get them written off. This is a co-op building, and owners are responsible for repairs in their own apartments. The landlord is only responsible for the public areas of the building.

                      Anyone can come to this building at anytime and see for yourself. Knock on any door, ask any tenant, and then you will see that the Rip Off report against us are nothing but lies. You can't believe everything you hear, especially over the internet. You just have to come, and see for yourself. seeing is believing.
