Never ever rent from this guy. I rented from John Nosek. He is absolutley the worst individual I have ever done business with in my life. Not only does he play himself off as a befuddled old man, he refuses to abide by any laws, fix anything in the house, return phone calls , or have any idea of common decency. When you move out... He turns into Bernie Madoff. We made over twelve thousand dollars of improvements to his propety over the course of 6 years and he tried to give us 24 dollars interest on over $2400 dollars security. He charged us for equip,emt at the property, and when I asked for receipts or the equipment in return, he said "I threw it out" and sent me a check for $60 Bucks. Total Jerk.
