I ordered flowers for my 77 year old mother, who is deaf, for Mother's Day. The flowers were ordered on April 30, 2006 and my account was charged. The delivery was to take place on May 12, 2006, prior to Mother's Day.

The delivery was never made. I contacted them three times that day and was given the run around each time and was told one time that they delivered until 8:00 pm, at 9:00 pm I called again they said that delivery stopped at 5:00 pm.

When I got into a verbal confrontation with the girl that answers the phone, she told I should be nice to the person who was responsible for making my refund as she could make it go slow or fast.

I wish I had checked with the ripoff site prior to ordering from them. I had to order from a reputible company and therefore my mother didn't get her flowers until the Monday after Mother's Day.

People like this should be run out of town on a rail. They don't care that they are playing with other's feelings, they are just out for a fast buck. You know what Bob -- what goes around comes around, so enjoy your cheating ways while you can, because in the end you will not win.
