11Flowers promised delivery twice, failed both times Mission Viejo California
The company promised delivery for Friday before Mother's Day. No delivery was made. I sent two emails and made four phone calls before receiving emails from them that 1) flowers would be late and then 2) (Saturday night) that order was cancelled. Still no refund issued. I wonder if this company exists or sends flowers at all. DO NOT USE this company!!!!!
