I bought a "new" printer from 1saleaday in March. It did not come with a power cord. I was told I'd receive one. Never did so bought a new one. Printer will not come on so I bought another cord --- still will not work. I have contacted the company and they will not respond as to how I can get a replacement for my "new" printer. In further reading their website it even states how if something doesn't work it's in your best interest to "sell it on ebay and make a buck or two off someone else".
