Complaint Review: 11th Hour Vacations - OneTravel

This company marks up vacation packages and sells them online. You think you are getting a good deal, but beware. If you agree to the price of the trip and enter your credit card and the actual cost of the trip ends up being less than advertised, they pocket the additional amount as "Additional commission"

For example - a cruise is advertised as $459. You purchase the cruise - the agent calls the cruise line to book your cruise. The agent finds out that the actual price is $359 because of a special sale. The agent pockets that extra $100. When in fact you could have gone to your friendly local travel agent to get the cruise for the $359. When you get your credit card statement there will be 2 charges - one from the cruise line and one from 11thhourvacations.com.

Also, they advertise the document shipping is FREE-not so!

They incorporate a $16 per person FEE into the taxes of the trip. Those charges show up on your statement separate also.
