These targeted Families are in the $70,000 - $250,000 yearly household income. They claim to be able to get grants, endowments and scholarships funds from the DOE and the Colleges or Universities.
When asking the principals of 123College how and where do these funds come from and what do "we" do to help get them, nobody had a clear answer. After a few months working there I had to resign because I was asking too many questions which they seemed to feel was a negative attitude.
