123 Inkjets.com ripoff on return policy guarantee Simi Valley California
I would like to return 2 inkjet cartridges as the printer I was using quit working and I had to buy a new printer. I bought these cartridges in May of 2006 and it is currently June of 2006. Their garantee is you can return cartridges up to one year after their purchase. You are suppose to call their 888-465-7765 number to get an RA - I've tried for a week and only get a busy signal. I've written to their Custome Service from thier site - they don't provide a real e-mail address and have heard nothing back. My guess is I'm out the $60+ bucks in cartridges and they've lost a customer.
