I check out the privacy matters web site just out of curiosity and started to set up an account requiring a credit card # in case you wanted to subscribe and pay for anything above and beyond the one free month. When the personal information requested after giving my credit card number was just something I was not comfortable doing such as my social security number I cancelled the process. They set my account up anyway and charges numerous fees for two months and even after I got an official cancellation they charged my account again the day of the cancellation and I'm having to go through my credit card company to keep them from continuing to steal from me. This is still unresolved
