Complaint Review: 123inkjets.com Certifiedink.com

I placed an order for a lexmark Z600 ink cartridge on 10-15-05. I did not receive anything until 10-30-05. over 2 weeks!!

I opened the package and had an old, shotty ink cartridge that was almost dry. It was just an old used cartridge and nothing more..

I called them and told them I wanted my money back, and they said to send it back and they would credit my account. It is now 11-14-05 and still no credit on my account!!

I sent numerous e-mails to 123inkjets.com's only contact for e-mail, and my e-mail gets returned everytime!! I call and get hung up on.

So now over a month later, I have no product, over $30 lost and a printer empty on ink. These people practice FRAUD, and should be shut down and jailed!!
