123Inkjets.com L D Products Canon printer ink/paper I ordered was incorrect. I called and waited 3 weeks for return authorization. Product was returned and received on 12/10/16. I have called numerous times, emailed and they keep telling me the refund is tied up, really without a reason for the hold up. I spoke to Jasmine Green on 1/31/17 and was to call back today 2/1/17 but no one answered her extension so I left a message. Simi Valley Internet
In November 2016, I ordered printer supplies from 123inkjets.com. My order was received but one product wasn't correct. So I called for return authorization # for refund. Thanksgiving weekend I still hadn't heard from the company so I called again. Finally received the authorization and sent back 2 printer cartridges. The post office confirmed delivery on 12/10/16 and no refund has been received to date. I have called the company, I have emailed the customer service people to no avail. I have spoken with Kaila, Jasmine in their office. I spoke with Jasmine Green on 1/31/17 and she was to check on the refund. For some unknown reason there has been a hold on the refund until they get their money back from another entity. I called again today to speak with Jasmine and she didn't answer so I left a message. I don't have any other recourse than to report them and leave negative feed back on their webpage. Please help me. It's not a huge refund but since my husband lost his job in December, I don't need to lose money down the drain.
