123JobCentral TunaRez SLOW but fast when Threaten Internet Internet - ILLINOIS

It looks like 123JobCentral still hasn’t learned that making promises and not keeping them is a problem.  It’s not a problem as long as nobody is reporting them – not this time.

123 Job Central is quick to respond to the initial request and quick to take your money – after that it’s the slow freighter to China.   Sorry, the hijacked freighter still gets to China faster than 123 Job Central delivers. 

They use excuse after excuse and promise to deliver more than you paid for just to appease you.   Yes, another set of empty promises;  that is until you threaten them.

 

Series of events – you be the judge if you want to deal with this company.

Phone Call:                  October 1, 2015 agreed upon payment of 50% until resume is completed.

Bank Statement:         October 2, 2015 full amount was charged – their excuse we don’t do business that you.  I guess lying is the way to do it.

Email from me:            Oct 8 - requesting additional info.

Phone Call:                    Oct 16 4:44pm 16 Minutes – rebuttal on how my resume should be revised.

Email from me              Oct 20 - Sent back with attached resume (answered their questions)

Email from me              Oct 27 - I requested status since I did not hear from them

Email from me                  Oct 29 - Still no status – requested refund and see next entry.  Here comes an excuse attempting to drop the ball in my lap.  I requested a refund due to: 

  • It was stated by me, and agreed upon by both parties, in the original conversion that 50% would be paid until the rough draft is sent to me.  123JobCentral withdrew that entire amount (almost immediately).  I said nothing since this is repeat business and I expected a quick turnaround;
  • Now I am being offered an excuse that 'custcare@123jobcentral.com' is a spam repository.  Your resumes go into a spam filter?  Thank you for the insight of how you do business.
  • No status on the project; and
  • No acknowledgement that my emails.

Phone call:                      Oct 29 3:31pm 13 Minutes – they response fast when you request a refund

During this call they deny that we spoke of the 50% down payment.    It was stated that the rough draft of resume to be completed on Oct 31st.

 

Email from them              Nov 2nd - Yes, delayed again.  They stated “Your Editor was not able to finish your resume on Saturday but is working on it right now. She expects to finish it shortly and then after QA review it will be out to you.  We would like to offer you a free Thank You Letter to make up in a small way for this delay.”  I should have known at this time that they “talk the talk” but can’t “walk the walk”. 

Email from them:             Nov 11th - more technical issues causes delays.  I will receive rough draft by Nov 6th.

Email from them:             Nov 13th - Your Editor is still completing your resume and it will be done tonight.  We will be working tomorrow so if you have any changes and wish to you can send them in then and we will send out your final versions.

Email from me:                 Nov 17th – Will be contacting my credit card company.

Email from them:             Nov 17th – rough draft finished will be receiving the in the afternoon.

Emails from them and me:           Nov 18th – RECEIVE rough draft.  In the process of determining if the documents are acceptable.   RANSOM paid to hijackers to get Chinese freighter back.  The ship is on its way to China.

Phone Call                           Nov 18 4:09pm 23 Minutes – Follow through – did I receive resume and my thoughts.  Reminding them of “Thank you” letter. 

Email from me:                 Nov 23rd – I need a revision.

Email from me:                 Dec 1st – Waiting for status – The ship arrived in a Chinese Port.

Email from them:             Dec 2nd – Editor completing today.

Email from me:                 Dec 7th – still waiting for resume.

Email from them:             Dec 8th – they say it’s being sent today.    

Email from them:             Dec 9th – Cover Letter and Resume received – “NO THANK YOU” letter supplied.

Email from me:                                 Dec 9th – request them to call me.

Phone call from them:   Dec 11 1:56pm 26 minutes

Email from them:             Dec 14th – Finalized version for “Cover Letter” and “Resume” received.

Email from them              Mar 18th – We expect to complete your additional items by tomorrow or Monday at the latest.  No more delays.

Email from me                   Apr 11th – Sent this rough draft of the WORD document, for the basis of my review that we be sent all over the internet, of their business practices and due diligence.

Email from them              Apr 11th – contained the remanding documents that they promised.

 

As you notice 123jobcentral does not met their objectives in a timely manner and their due diligence is only met after threats.   

 

You may ask this question:  Why did I stay with them.  I stayed with them because my initial resume was originally supplied by them and it did attract much attention.   By the way – This is the same resume that they indicated that should be updated as not to date me.
