I ordered 2 black ink cartridges, I only printed 5 test pages, the ink level went down to half level, I contacted customer service Patrick Edward, he said "don't worry about this" the cartridge will print 100 pages ! I ased for refund, he ignored my emails, I wish I shold check this company before ordeing it.
