 The HOA has violated all laws regarding cooperate conduct, and the tax codes. The current claimed board of directors operate with no lawful election, even locking the doors of deam cheley law office against them to bar access on july 20 2015. They are engaged in identity theft and use acts of water intrusion bad plumbing events and also violence against tenants to keep hold of funds used by John Barry a self admitted, extensively filmed, heroin addict. We represent founders of HOA and accuarate building representation. John Barry brought in his own management team of Lionel Harris and Attorney Dean Cheley to live in building and to try to block bust to foreclose as dean admitted on units as a scam. The HOA requires by bylaws and cma that at least seven unit holders vote on any expense over 1250.00 and agree. No votes were taken to hire Lionel Harris or Mark Rosenbaum, they learned of mark by eavesdropping and bugging. we found the retail sold bug kit near trash.

As it turns out apparently Mr Butler first allowed John Bsrry who asked his permission to live in unit eight, but rescinded it. John is a squatter and admitted addict. The HOA is under lawful review of State Doj who on their website has an excellent page and form to report against HOA. This is a case of identity theft by John Barry, and they also used name First Equity HOA when they went after and got paid by Wells Fargo Bank NA on a lein scam on a reverse mortgage of Butler stealing a large sum of money. Then John Barry and pals had the building apparently removed from the Federal Housing Authority approved lending list as part of a scam to cause foreclosure to get extra equity at auction. Den Cheley even changed his title insurance company on unit 12 to match the targeted unit 11 of the old folks who opened hoa. If you encounter these people be careful and report anything you think is necessary or wrong to law enforcement.
