Complaint Review: 13556 Woodland Court Sterling Heights MI 48313

DO NOT RENT / LEASE this home 13556 Woodland Ct, Sterling Heights MI 48313.  The Dr. Vaqar Siddiqui is sole owner of Blue Water LLC, a company that buys foreclosed properties then leases them out.  He changes property managment companies, wont fix or repair the home and demands payment.  A friend of mine had leased from him and the house although looks great from outside and inside with some nice details DONT LET IT FOOL YOU.  The home has mold in it from a flooded basement, appliances are not hooked up correctly, lighting and landscaping are half a** at best, and there is a major mold problem in the yard as well. 

Dr. Vaqar will not take responsibility but will take your money, he works with a crooked realestate agent and a even more crooked attorney Tariq S. Hafeez BEWARE DO NOT LEASE THIS HOME!!!  You will lose money and possible your health will be affected!!  Dont take my word for it HIRE A HOUSING INSPECTOR they will confirm what I am saying!!  I AM ONLY TELLING YOU THIS TO PROTECT YOUR MONEY AND YOUR HEALTH!!  They will get theirs my friend has attorneys almost ready to file, however I noticed home was back up for lease!!  BEWARE!!!
