I placed an order with this company, changed my shipping and billing address, their system did not update and they shipped to wrong address. They now say 'let's hope the people refused it at the other address'  well yes, let's hope because otherwise you are out of luck. I logged onto my account to find out where the item was. My information was all correct, for some reason their system failed to update my address. They don't care at all. The person on the phone claimed to be the manager and just could not understand why my screen is correct.... and took no responsibility to replace the item... it was only $15.00! Some companies just don't care about their reputation or return customers. After reading about all of the bait and switch tactics used by them I should count myself lucky that I am only out $15 bucks. Buyer beware!
