Not too long ago, a deaf man stopped by to this store and stated himself that he is deaf and showing about Deaf Education Commutations, and they have refused to read it and/or refused to commutation with a deaf man, or both, and it is considered violation of Federal law, American With Disabilities Acts of 1990. We have made few contacts and this store has refused to solve this severe issues.

What kind of scam are you running? Did they refuse to donate to whatever cause you're pitching? Did this "deaf man" go into each and every one of these establishment you're posting about here and everyone of them "refused to read it and/or to communicate with a "deaf man" OR, REFUSE TO DONATE? Every now and then I have folks purporting to be deaf come into my shop soliciting. They hand me a paper card with the sign alphabet on it and want a $1 donation. Give him a dollar and send him on his way. Since  the text of all your posts are "canned" and don't include the store's name, this has to be "SPAM SCAM". The readers of this site know BS when we see it.
