I hired 180fusion (www.180fusion.com) on 4/2/2013 in order to increase my internet presence. 180fusion not only did the company not perform, they harmed my business by decreasing my Google rankings something that is evident in their own reporting. Other than giving me fancy reports they have not done any work. When I asked my account representative to show me the work that had been done, she said that its their "trademark" and she will not provide any information. In addition, 180 Fusion LLC stated that I am not savvy enough to understand their SEO strategy thus there is no reason to share it with me. When they finally showed me a few items they stated that they worked on, I found that the content they have written was not only general but has not been published anywhere online. When my account issue was finally escalated (after 5 months) to a Customer Care Specialist she sent me a bogus report stating that they have written 71 articles, have done 270 social bookmarking (a concept she could not explain) and it goes on. Once again, when I asked for online reference websites for this work and if I can use the content again there was no response. I used an online tool to find that there have been only 2 backlinks to my website which I am not sure they were responsible for. I have this report.
180fusion has a guarantee that states when you change any key words it revokes the guarantee. My account manager suggested that I change key words not stating this would revoke my guarantee, a tactic that I assume they use with many clients. This is something that was later used against me when I complained about their service. This company already has several complaints at the Better Business Bureau and is defrauding innocent business owners like myself who pay 6 months in advance in good faith. 180fusion harmed my business and caused me loses in sales due to their bad handling of my account and took me backwards in my Google rankings, something they said they would diligentely work on to put me in 1st place.

Dear 180fusion Team,
Lets begin with the fact that your response is almost 1 year since I first posted this complaint. It seems that you are only responding since your customers are seeing this bad review now on SEO. Most of your efforts are spent on the internet trying to silence customers like me who have been taken advantage of by 180fusion. 180fusion as I found after getting screwed spends a lot of time creating links to make sure SEO gives the company good rankings. Let me be clear to all prospective users of 180fusion, your company defrauds its customers.
Telling me I had bad backlinks after taking my money is not an ethical strategy. If your company is so good at what it does then you would make it clear that there is an issue from the start. Finding these links is something that happened after 5 months of taking my money without any results. I had to pay another company to take care of this issue which they did, they found all the issues with my website right away and worked with me to fix the issue. Your company did nothing but take $6500.00 from my company. When I asked to see documentation of your efforts your staff gave me nothing. My website statistics went down instead of up after I singed up with the 180fusion scam company.
Your writing is very elequent and professional, I wish you would use it for productive purposes. If you want to resolve this issue you can contact me and begin by returning my $6500 plus interest for giving me nothing in return. Your company makes a guarantee that is not realistic nor do your "Project Managers" have SEO knowledge. I am very curious to know if they are even Google certified.
I put effort into this rebuttal as I really hope others do not fall into your completely unethical trap. There are no happy customers at 180fusion the opposite is true. 180 fusion customers are all in the same position as myself and very unhappy. Please do us all a favor, change your way of treating your customers or get out of this industry.
