Mothers Day Flowers arrived today. Should have yesterday. Wrong flowers I ordered. Wrong card with flowers. Now that person won't get theirs either. There are over 100 complaints on 1800 Flowers Facebook page in an hour. Clearly that have over committed and under delivered. Every response they send back on a complaint is the same patronizing generic response to all Complete frustration. I was charged $103.58 I was offered a $20 coupon. I said No Thanks. Why would I want s coupon from someone that I am never going to utilize again. The only mistake I made was not seeking a local florist. #1800FlowersFail
