Complaint Review: 1800 Limo

We are a small limo company that was contacted to provide service for a Mr. Arthur Levitt, from an airport in Marion, Il to a local meeting. Confirmation #41AFE was provided and told to include billing. The job went off with out a hitch, tranportation was provdied and Mr. Leavitt's cell phone did not work in our area so a company phone was given to him of which 30 min was used, he asked we include that in the bill to 1800 limo.

This service was provided on April 3, 2004. Total bill for service was 236.51 including gratuity and cell phone use. This includes 5 hours of service. Mr. Leavitt left on his plane pleased with the service received. We sent the bill to 1-800 limo as instructed, sent another bill, and another and to this day we have not been paid. This is being written on December 17, 2005.

Do not provide service for this company unless it is paid in advance. Obviously going to court for $236.51 is not worth the hastle.

I again warn you - Do not do business with this company. I'm sure that Mr. Levitt would be appauled to know this service was not paid for and received.
