I worked with one of their representatives, using live chat, to select a gift for my mother's 80th birthday with assurance it would be delivered the next day--not "Same Day." My mother is in a nursing home on the east coast and I live in Colorado. The delivery window was between 9am and 7pm. Nothing was delivered, nothing.  

I am beyond upset--beyond distressed--as she has received nothing from me on such a major milestone in her life. If you or anyone you know uses 1800Flowers, please stop and advise others to stop. It is quite apparent they are fully aware they are taking our money, knowing they will not deliver as promised, either the product or on the day requested. This is unmitigated fraud.

In hindsight, I should have checked RipOff before using them again.  Too late, now. That moment is lost to my dear mother and to me.
