1800flowers Dead Plants recieved for Valentines internet

I ordered a live plant to be delivered for valentines to my husband at work.  I paid the extra fees for specific delivery date.  The package arrived but the plant was dead.  When I came home he had the plant sitting on the table and I was devestated.  I immediately called the 1800flowers customer service number and was on hold for over an hour.  I fianlly hung up and sent them an email.  I did recieve a response but it was please tell me the number of the order we have two on file.  I responded and sent pictures of my plant I am still waiting to get further response from them.
