1800flowers Online payment has issues and they do not have enough "customer service" personnel Internet

Attemted to place an on line order for delivery for Valentines day.  System had issues accepting my CC payment method. Called the 800 number and system told me there was a 20 minute wait time!!!!  This is so unacceptable on so many levels!!!!
