1800mattress.com is a ripoff scam. Internet, Massachusetts, USA
1800mattress.com does not respond to my emails regarding my dissatisfaction. The mattress is of very poor quality and falling apart after only a couple of months of use.
I purchased a King Koil king mattress in late January 2002 from 1800mattress.com (internet). The mattress did not come with any kind of warranty nor did it have a King Koil label affixed to the mattress.
After only a couple of months the mattress is sagging and uncomfortable. I followed the instructions on the web site regarding care (i.e., turning the mattress over, etc). The box springs were new when the mattress was delivered. I do not want a refund. I would like another mattress. I have a bad back and this mattress is only make things worse.

Patricia,
I find it hard to believe the article that I just read on your web site. Your original order has gone through the Corporate website which is in NY. This could be the case for your emails as well. The King Koil mattress has a 15 year warranty that will be honored.
Please call 1800-M-A-T-T-R-E-S , select option 2 for customer service. We will gladly do an exchange for you. Please refer to this mail, or you can speak with one of my Call Center Managers (Nick or Mark).
Yours truly,
Geoff Chasin,
President
