Complaint Review: 1800patches

I was interested in becoming a secret shopper and after searching for the oppurtunity, I found a website that offered me the chance. They asked if I wanted to try a free 10 day trial of artic white from 1800patches.

I know that nothing is free. I read closely and sure enough, they were going to bill my credit card if I did not return the product within 3-10 days. once I received the product, I decided not to try it after all and called the company for a return address.

They informed me that if I did return the product, I would still be billed. I asked how much and they informed me the price was $80.00. I told them that they were not authorized to bill me. I demanded that they accept my return.

The refused but offered to exchange the teeth whitening system with another product. Since the product that I had was only trial size, I could not exchange for much; a tanning blanket or tea. Neither was worth $80.00.

I refused the offer. She apologized and said that she could do nothing else for me. My credit card was billed legally and I have something that I was tricked into paying for.

Even though this company promises to only bill the credit card if the product isn't returned within 10 days, they will tske your money as soon as you type in your credit card number and hit enter
