Fellow consumers, do not sign with 180fusion or with any other company that makes you sign a non refundable policy before the service. This is what they are using to shield themselves from consumer protection and credit card protection. And feeling invincible they can and do anything to you.

They took my $500, directred $100 to Google AdWords campaign for me and pocketed the rest. They never told me about this fund allocation and I found this out only because I was poking them with this question few times.

Later on when I discovered that I can start AdWords campaign myself, I asked them what do they do special for 80% of my budget??? No direct answer ever. In fact, besides setting up AsWords, they do not do anything for the first month! Wow, that's a ROI I want to have for my business! Just a bunch of incompetent idiots feeding on me.

Their service is incompetent and inorganized. They are constantly late in delivering their promises. They are constantly lying you over phone and email. It cost me enourmous amout of efforts just to get every single answer about my campaign that I should get upfront without request with normal service.

I have asked them four times to cancel my account over the phone and email. They said yes every time and, apparently, they didn't for the first three.

I advise future customers, if you are experiencing same problem, do not enter into conversation with them. It's a waste of time and your nerves. File a formal cancellation request by mail/email. File a formal request for refund. Write down their cancellation number. Then go to your bank and cancel a transaction.
