**BEWARE 180 Fusion SCAM**
The SEO company 180 Fusion contacted me through our phone number listed on our website. The sales rep promised major growth through Google Ad words marketing. As a real estate company, we already use Google Ad words to find potential buyers and sellers (and our campaign works pretty well). 180 Fusion told us that our Ad Words marketing was out of date and incorrectly set up.
They charged us $500 upfront to “revamp” our campaign and then $200/month for the campaign management. Our results were ATROCIOUS! We had very few clicks and they were all terrible quality (no one wanted to buy or sell a home). When we tried to contact 180 Fusion, they never addressed the issue.
After speaking to Account Manager Ryan Eager and asking for a refund, he asked if we would give them another month to redeem themselves and set us up with a “better” representative. If, after that month, we were still not satisfied with the performance, Ryan would see about getting us a refund. We agreed. The new rep, Melissa, was not any better and our performance was even worse, but cost us more money! After asking Ryan Eager for a refund again at the end of that month, he said that we had never even discussed the refund!
They are a SCAM! Avoid them!

After numerous calls, emails, and online reviews, 180 Refinded all of the cost. I had to put a LOT of work in to get them to refund everyting, but they did eventually do the right thing.
