Ordered 1 item on 10/29/2011 and caled them 2 weeks later, they said it was out of stock and they will shipped it next week. Waited 2 more weeks, some lyies. Waited another 2 more weeks, she said it will be shipped first thing on monday. Called last week, she said it was shipped and she thought it was lost and she will send it with tracking this time. Called today noone picks up the phone. Lesson learned, will file a complaint with the credit card company, and with the WA state dept.
