On October 30,2017 Frederick Ragsdale Jr. borrowed 15,000 from me for an investment property. He promised my 15,000 plus 25% in approximately 3 weeks. It has been almost 6 weeks and nothing. The property address is 7641 S. Essex ave. Chicago Il 60649. Fred is a scam artist please be aware of doing any type of business with the man.

Update at this point is Fred paid $500.00 out of $15,000 at this point. I’m hoping to do an update soon saying the debt has been paid soon.

I’m updating the past ripoff report complaint. Currently everything has been rectified with Mr. Ragsdale and I have no complaints.
