i have made 5 calls and have 3 case numbers assigned to me by 1and1 since september 2013 and THEY STILL HIJACKED MY WEB SITE CLAIMING "WE DIDN"T UNDERSTAND WHICH DOMAIN YOU WANTED REREGISTERED"???? WTF???? 

 Now they are DEMANDING $40 to reinstate the web site. I hope to taking back $20,000
