1nutrition.com Bought over $83.00 USD worth of supplements that never arrived SINCE FEB 2007! Pascagula Missouri
I ordered over $83.00 USD worth of supplements February of this year AND THEY HAVEN'T ARRIVED YET.
NO DELIVERY, NO FOLLOW-ON E-MAIL REPLIES, AND NO REFUND!
Initially, after ordering in February and waiting for the normal 2-3 week delivery time, I began e-mailing and calling the company to notify them that I hadn't received my order.
I couldn't get through on their phone lines. But a representative e-mailed a reply and wrote that they would see what they could do.
After 6 weeks I began calling and e-mailing (multiple times) again.
Both phone numbers listed on their website 1nutrition.com alternated from "no answer" to a fax line ("shaking-hands screech" tone).
My further, multiple e-mails via their "contact us" function on their website and the representative's e-mail address were never answered.
The least they could do is track (or trace) the shipment and tell me the status of my order - IF IT WAS EVER SHIPPED IN THE FIRST PLACE.
It's August -a full 6 months since I ordered the supplements - AND I STILL HAVE NO ORDER, NO REPLY, AND NO REFUND.
The last time I contacted them (using their "contact us" option on their website) was 2 days ago - STILL NO REPLY.
Again, the website of this company is 1nutrition.com

After some digging I called the number for RMS nutrition (228-769-8761) and she was very helpful in getting my order straightened out. I you are having problems with your shipment I would call the number provided.
