1saleaday.com advertises brand name products for liquidation prices.  There is a wide variety of products and several business names under the 1saleaday umbrella.

However, do not buy from this company.  They accept your payment but return nothing for your money.

When contact is attempted, the "800" number is unanswered.  Emails to support@1saleaday.com go to never-neverland.  You are left with a tracking number to the black abyss of dishonorable merchandisers.

I placed an order on Nov 24 which remains undelivered.

I've emailed support@1saleaday.com; I've emailed legal@1saleaday.com.  I've heard from 6 employees who have told me how they cannot help me, but rather how I can cancel an order I have yet to receive.

Ben Federman is the CEO.  He's basically unreachable to consumers. However, this is possibly his home telephone number (718) 604-1876 at 633 East New York Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11203. Offices are 575 New York Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11225.

Also, there are about half a dozen complaint pages on FB against 1saleaday -- join the crowd, it's growing every day.

Further, if your items have not been delivered but canceled for 1saleaday convenience and your refund never came, contact New York Secretary of State, Corporations with a complaint. Part of their job is to investigate potentially illegal business practices of companies registered in New York.  Oh, and if you were notified your items were to be sent to you via U.S. Postal Service, let the Inspector General's office for the post office know of your problems.  It is definitely their job to go after people/companies who take for their own profit and do not provide the purchased items/services.

Good luck.
