Complaint Review: 1saleaday

wish I had checked this site out here before I placed an order with them for $99.95 on bed sheets. The money after I placed the order of bed sheets, I found the tiny writting saying it was made of microfiber instead of cotton, I contacted them right away, and was told by their written email that was not a problem, they would go ahead and cancel the order since it was just placed.

Then after couple days later, I got the email saying the bed sheets were shipped. I contacted them again, they said very sorry about that, it was their supplier who did not get the notification, but no worry, just rejected the package that will be fine.

So after the packages were delivered, I went to the post office and told the postal workers that I was instructed to reject the packages, so they took the packages in.

I emailed their customer support afterwards and told them I had done what they instructed and rejected the package, and ask them when I could get the refund. I was told that would be 5-10days later.

After more than 12days, I found my refund was still not done, so I contacted them again. (they only have an online form, no phone number, no physical address). But never got a reply this time.

So I asked my credit company what to do, and they put an inquiry. 

Then the response came back. They argued by showing the UPS delivery confirmation saying I got the packages! And along with all of their printed emails by themselves, that shows how they told me they would cancel the order, and also the email that told me to reject the packages etc., which I did. Therefore never got the packages!

But because I trusted their instruction of rejecting instead of calling my credit card company right away, now I will have to end up paying the $99.95 for the prodcuts that I have never received!

So please be careful with this company, they are so calculated and deceiving, to make sure you will loose at the end!
