I paid 1st American Law Center $3500.00 for a loan modification. I talked to at least three individuals at the law center before making my choice to pay. The whole company seems to be in on the scam.
I do not understand why Dean Chandler still has a law license.
I told two different individuals that the loan that I wanted to modify was on a rental property and was told, 'That's ok, don't worry, the government wants to keep your property off the market." and "it does not matter, we have done modifications on rental properties!"
The firm gave me monthly updates telling me to be patient, it is a rental property, it takes longer. Six months later, nothing, zip, zero, nada.
I have asked for a refund, that was three weeks ago.

I have already contacted my local news stations and I would like for any victims of this blood thirsty company to contact me so we can try to put our heads to gether and make sure this company can never kick an american while they are down and out.
