I called the Obama loan remodification for loan restructioning website. Jan 5, 2010. I printed the web site with the number but now the number is not their number.
I was connected with the 1st American Law Center and talked to a very understanding person Margo 866-321-3510 ex 209. who then connected me with Steve Sing. He had Yessenia send me documents to fill out and fax to them. They then 'grabbed' from my checking account $3,495 on Jan 13, 2010...I had to go get cash from the credit card to cover this. This was expensive too.
I have been sending and resending documents to Yessenia Benitez of drlawcenter and Krista Bradford of 1st American law Center and now I get another person who Angela said that it will be another 3 months and to make partial payments to the mortgage company. She wants more documents sent to her.
THIS should not be Scamming seniors is wrong.

Olympia Senior...I am in Washintong as well and have now become a victim of this scam. I also am not as young anymore and I'm very upset and worried. My daughter and two very young grandchildren live in this home as well as it is to be theres one day. I am now very concerend that may happen.
Like any other homeowner I can't afford to lose my home which is why I was looking to a loan mod in the first place. I don't understand how these people could do this to people. Greed is all I can assume.
I am now appx 7 months behaind after paying out the $3500 with the same runaround everyone else has gotten. I don't know what to do other than just get as much information I can and be in contact with other victims because I'm sure none of us will be getting our money back.
And as for Cisco, who posted above...I don't know how you could work for that company knowing what they were doing! How could you let innocent people get screwed like that?! I know times are hard and we all need a paycheck but most of us get it in an honest way without scamming people or help others to scam people! It does not matter if you are now an ex employee of that company. You knowingly participated in the practices and I think the employees need to be prosecuted as well!

I am a former employee of 1st American. i have recently contacted the local media in Sandiego and made them aware of this company. I would like a bit more support from clients such as yourself to help me make sure this company does not get away with stealing from americans and their homes.
