Complaint Review: 1st American Law Center - Dean Chandler

I was behind in my mortgage payment about $3,000 due to a job loss, I contacted 1st american law center and they assured me that they would be able to get ma a modification even though my mortgage company did not participate in the government programs.  They assured me that I had a money back garauntee, so I trusted them to work things out for me.  They also said not to make any mortgage payments while they tried to get my loan modified, hence the $10,000 debt.

Who was working on a debt to loan ratio document then I was directed to a Joseph Kruk Director of Customer Relations 866-247-5865 ex 6116
 Who is supposedly working on my refund.  I wish there was something nice i could say about this company, but they have yet to deliver any services for my $3,495.  Someone please bring a class action suit against these criminals. 

I have rrported them to (((Redacted))) the Dept of Housing and Urban Dev. The Dept of justice and the PA Attorney General.  Please we all have to shout together to get these guys on the scam radar!
