We were called by telemarketers about a credit card we were illegible for. We were skeptical at first because of being ripped off before.

We made it perfectly clear it was a credit card we would be receiving and not a coupon book. We also were assured no money would be taken out of our checking account until we had the card in our hands and then called the bank to okay the transaction.

I have online banking so I can check our account any time of the day. Once again we were debited from our account without our okay and without a credit card to show for it.

When we call the 800# we were given for customer service we get a recording that the "company" has been closed until further notice. And all our bank can say to us is, we'll "try" to get your money back for you.

John,

Your joking, right?

Instead of giving us all the same BS sales pitch why not respond to this victims claims and all the other victims on the Rip-off Report with the same claims? ...they were all deceived!

Here is what the victim from above is stating.. We made it perfectly clear it was a credit card we would be receiving and not a coupon book. We also were assured no money would be taken out of our checking account until we had the card in our hands and then called the bank to okay the transaction.

And, why is your company operating under many different names?

Do you really think when consumers come to this web site, they are going to believe you?

What about going to your boss and let him know we have over 700 victims who have either e-mailed us or filed a Rip-off Report that they were deceived by one of their companies. Ask him/her if they will issue a refund to all these customers who were deceived by your sales people that make a BIG FAT commission off this. Are your employers looking the other way, knowing the sales people are BS ing your customers? You think?

Please post your response to the above... All the above.

We're waiting

Northstar financialis a very helpful company. Especially if you are trying to repair your credit. They have many benificial items included in there card plans. Some people just dont have the patience to wait for there package, and experience all the wonderful things we have put together for them. Free cell phone, satellite dish, free attorney time, free kodak film processing, discounts on perscription drugs, etc,etc,etc.. We do comply with everything that is offered and told to the customer, above and beyond.
