Complaint Review: 1st American Lenders

We were contacted by 1st American Lenders in regards to a personal loan that we were seeking. They faxed us the loan documents and all looked well until you reached the part about Security. They were requiring that you send the first four months payments up front before they would release your funds.

Being weary, I started to do some research. I found that the physical address they list is in fact, a vacant lot in Maine. They dont have a building at least not where they say they do. Their website is registered to a guy out of Canada.

This is not a standard lending practice. No legitimate lender would require you to pay payments up front before recieving your funds.

Dont let these scam artists get you...we sure didn't!
