1st Art Gallery Scams, Lies and Harassment Internet
This company is a complete and utter scam! I made the huge mistake of ordering two paintings. The paintings look nothing like the original, to call them reproductions is a joke. The paintings come from China and are horrible.
Worse than the paintings is the Customer Service. Two creeps, David and John are all I ever dealt with via email. They used profanity, lies and various other forms of harassment to intimidate me to keep the paintings. When you send them back for a refund, you will pay a huge amount to ship to China and then they will deduct a huge amount for their shipping costs, contrary to the $25 lie on their website.
You will never be able to speak to a live person. Every satisfaction guarentee on their website is a lie and the art is horrific.
I think their testimonials are fake because I have read too many reviews online eerily similar to my own to actually believe they have that many satisfied customers. A TOTAL SCAM.
As you can see from another review on this site they retaliate against customers by making their personal information public, in violation of all of their privacy statments on the website, another LIE!
