Complaint Review: 1st Class Print Supply

I ordered a new printer ink cartridge for my printer one month ago. My debit card was promptly charged for 19.99 and the company boasts " Free shipping on all orders". I have not received the product and the company will not return my phone calls or the emails that I have sent to them. My accout has not been credited for the 19.99 like I requested nor have I received the product. The tracking # that the company gave me for the product has not been heard of by the US Postal Service. The company informed me the day after my order was placed that I would receive the product in 3-5 days. Now I am out 19.99 and still no printer cartridge. This company is a total rip-off.
