This BANK is such a RIP - OFF, anytime u call into the call centers they give you WRONG info about YOUR money then even tho there reps are the ones telling you all the wrong info it's still your falut. Depending on what call center you get dictates what info you may be told from reps to supervisors. Please don't RENT a car using this account. The rental company will hold a $200 deposit on top of the estimated rental cost. Ex.- u rent a car which may cost $300 so hertz will hold an additional $200 so that's $500 pre - Auth on your acct. Which leaves your balance at $150, when u return the car they will take about 5 days to post to your account blaming the rental car company which its really them cause u will have your receipt hold still on your account.  Then they will finally process it but remember your balance is $150 after all the pre - auth on your acct so then they charge u an OVER DRAFT fee. How when they have your money on hold an really owe u back some. Has happened to me more than once. There us only 1 manager at call center area code 254 named Mr. Dalton he is the ONLY 1 that is helpful an will look into the matter. Everyone else will TRY an make it sound like it's your fault an hertz taking that long to collect. But on any of my other accounts Chase, Capitol One, are Bank of Amer.. The money cones out SOON as the Hertz rep print my receipt but got some reason this Bank blames the rental company.  So I do a conference call with the bank an rental company to release my holds they ask Hertz to fax over a paper which they do u give them an hour are two an they say they still haven't received any fax from hertz. We call back,  the Hertz rep starting to realize something isn't right by now an ask them what are yall doing. Hertz will wait on the phone while the fax goes thru but the bank rep says they can't do that.. WHY???  So I tell the Hertz to fax again an tell the bank rep I have a lot more question about my acct to hold them on the phone, which a fax doesn't take but a min are two, it's called modern day technology, after talking to the rep for about 17 more mind still no fax I ask for a supervisor an still no fax. Wonder why but they still can't explain why I'm being charged OVER DRAFT CHARGES.  That's not the only thing EVERY WEEK us something new. I have even went into the branch in saginaw, TX Walmart an they know me VERY well, they ( Marissa Rios) will listen on speakerphone while I talk with them about anot her issue an will witness the things I'm talking about then will give them her teller # an say we'll we was just told by another rep something total different.  I visit thus branch A LOT to let them hear what's going on I will keep the rep on the phone while I drive to the saginaw branch. This BANK IS A TOTAL RIP OFF U NEED TO WATCH THEM. I'm in the process of getting a lawyer because they break all kinds of FYI regulations I have found out.. They will NOT continue to do me like this, & as the lawyer told me don't close the account continue to record the phone conversations an he promise me we will WIN.  Cause he has a list of there customers who they have done wrong. I have stood right by the branch an gotten names & #'s I won't rest till they are held responsible for there actions. Some say I'm taking it to far but if I DON'T who will an they will continue to do US WRONG...

-The reason I continue to use them is to build an very intensive report of MANY different occurrence on different issues dealing with this Bank, not just with rentals that was just 1 example. 

- I didn't mean to say "FYI" but FDIC

- Like I said something different every week which instance do u want. I have it on recorder am have called back into the offices so a supervisor may handle accordingly. But don't know if anything is going on after I hang up.

- the satisfaction of knowing there being held responsible for all there wrong info that there agents give an my money back as we prove all the FAKE draft charges.

- An Mr. Dalton is at the 304 call center. An had the pleasure of speaking with another supervisor on yesterday an today that was a little helpful but no Dalton.

- sorry I'm using a mobile device. An not doing proper proofreading after typing.

- So why do you keep using this Debit Card for your rental car transactions?   After all you said this has happened to you "multiple" times.

I'm in the process of getting a lawyer because they break all kinds of FYI regulations I have found out

- Sorry but I must be new around here but can you give me the specific "FYI" regulations they are violating? 

 

That's not the only thing EVERY WEEK us something new.
