Complaint Review: 1st In Pressure Washing

1st In Pressure Washing came to my house with 2 Latino men. One that did not speak english, and about a 1/2 hour  after they were here, Wael Naguib (the owner) came with 2 other guys, observing his crew. I had to point out some areas that was over looked.

The initial visit they pressure washed my house for 1 hour. After talking to another pressure washing business, I was informed that it takes at least 4 hours to pressure wash a house 1600 square feet.

I presented to  Wael (the owner) about, only taking 1 hour to pressure wash my house. His response was that he  has a high powered machine, and good chemicals.

After the initial pressure washing, I noticed the next morning, there were unfinished areas, and black streaks through out the siding. I called Wael to inform him of my complaints, he said that he would come out and correct the problem.

He did come out to correct the problem, and made it worst. Now I have discolored spots through out my siding. I called Wael and told him what was going on, and that he needed to replace my siding, he assured me that he has insurance to cover the damage.

He told me to email him the estimates, I did not get a response. After contacting Wael serveral times, and left messages, he would not return my calls. I filed a complaint with BBB and Attorney General offiice, he denied that he damaged my siding.

1st In Pressure Washing used our water, and the fire hydrant in our subdivision to pressure wash our house.

Please run when you see 1st In Pressure Washing, they are very unprofessional and dishonest.
