This company keeps calling me, leaves messages with whom ever answers the phone trying to collect over $300.00 for a phone bill I never created. They even tell me the phone number I supposely had and an address they say I resided. I didn't even live in California then. When I did move here and ordered phone service, do you honestly think the phone company would create an account with a prior three hundred and some dollar unpaid bill. I'm tired of them harrassing me, they refuse to hear me out, they need to correct their mistakes.

Next time that the collection company calls, just keep saying "No Comprendo". They will get frustrated and you will have a laugh.

Obviously, they have someone else in mind who has a similar name that used to have that phone number. It cannot hurt your credit so have fun with the collection company. No comprendo, senor. If you know any Spanish phrases that might get you killed in a Mexican bar, toss those in for even more fun.
