I have been sooo scammed!!! I received a call from "1st National card services".The woman said that they were government affiliated, and were offering a new program to help people improve their credit. The name (1st Nat.) sounded familiar, so I listened. She went on to say how this was a card that offered all the benefits of a "normal" credit card. A card I could use anywhere for whatever I needed. It was not mentioned at all that this was an on-line catalogue only purchasing company. With a promise of $200 in vouchers for only $149, I kept listening, eventually asking "Why" would you do that?" "To help people as yourself", she said, again mentioning government programming. OK,under false pretences,I agreed. After receiving my "membership package" in the mail, I could see by the look of the card, the enclosed DVD,the paperwork, and the "monopoly looking" vouchers enclosed, that I had been taken!! They're good! I asked many questions and was basically told what I wanted to hear. Lies! I called the company and explained that I was mislead and asked for a refund. Basically, was told there was nothing I could do about it. "Oh ya?" I thought! Watch me!!
