1st Pay day advance is a pay day loan company that also claims to get personal loans through affiliate lenders. I was told I qualified for a $4500 loan but first I must send them $200 for a finders fee when I receive my loan papers to sign. If I did not pay the fee then the loan papers would not be given to me when fed ex delivered. This fee is to be fully refundable if the loan does not go through for ANY reason. I was told I would be funded on 1/20/05 and the money order for the finders fee was cashed on 1/19/05. The funds were never deposited in my bank account and I was never refunded my money for the finders fee. I have been trying to reach David Johnson everyday since the loan was to be funded and all I ever get is a voice mail on the business line and no response to my emails and faxes. I have tried everything I know of to try and retrieve my money and nothing has worked so far. I am not giving up. I will continue to place complaints and try contacting 1st pay day advance until they refund my money.

I have been waiting since January to get a refund from this company and they still have not sent it to me. I have also sent them emails regaurding their privacy policy and sending me a copy of the information that they received on me. Not to mention I ended up having to close my checking account as to some unexplained fraudulent activity that is pending investigation. I do not have proof that it was from this company, but I do know that this is the only company I had given my banking information to.
